I enjoy unrolling my mat and sharing yoga by guiding others through a well-balanced practice; giving us an opportunity to connect with our breath, move our bodies, and hopefully step off the mat and into our lives feeling positive and open to life’s challenges. Yoga is a wonderful process of self-exploration and discovery, whilst a the same time striving to be kind to others, the earth and ourselves. As we practice together, let us aim to learn, progress and understand that the process is never linear. I invite you to enjoy the journey wherever it may take you.
